What are your first impressions of your worksite?
My first impression of my worksite is wow, like the facilities are really good and high tech and it seems to be a really good space for working especially considering that even the room has everything from desks to beanie chairs.
What appealed to you about this internship?
When I first heard about this internship what appealed to me about it was that it was a internship, opportunities like this for high-schoolers are extremely rare and competitive and in the Bay Area that just makes these problems even more intense thus having such an opportunity was really valuable to me. Also I want to work in the tech industry when I become older, and having the opportunity to intern at a technology company seems like a good way to confirm what I want and to see what I need to get there.
What goals do you have personally and professionally over the course of the internship? What is your plan to achieve them?
Over the course of this internship I hope to gain the ability to obviously use the various tools we’re using, gain a better knowledge of what technology companies are looking for workers as well as gaining a better understanding of how to work on a team in a professional, business environment.
