Our team actually lucked out in that we don't have one mentor but rather two, Nikita and Mohit.
Mohit is Nikita's manager and they work in the Android part of the Yahoo Mail division.
At our last meeting, Mohit had to leave early(a meeting or something) so we really just interviewed Nikita. We learned a lot about Yahoo Mail and the organization that it's part of in Yahoo and stuff.
We also understood that while they were doing a lot right, they kind of struggled with some of the technical stuff because of the vast variety of Android products they have to test for and how they try to overcome this obstacle.
